HR Admin (Lalru)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Punjab, India. The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including perks administration, managing HR information systems, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting overall HR operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding, and providing support for HR management projects as needed. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience in Benefits Administration and handling HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law compliance
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
- Preferred: Prior experience in an on-site HR role or within the entertainment industry Pay: ₹15,848.82
