Front Desk Receptionist (Lalru)

We are seeking a qualified, courteous, and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our school. The candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and daily front office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding admissions, schedules, and school information
- Maintain visitor records and student attendance registers
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for school management and teachers
- Handle incoming emails, courier services, and front office communication
- Assist with admission-related inquiries and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks
- Ensure proper communication between parents, teachers, and school administration Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly personality with a professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
