Job Title: Admin Executive Location: Ambattur, Chennai Experience: 3–4 Years Education: B.Com Industry: Manufacturing (Non-manufacturing experience also preferred) Role Summary An Admin Executive ensures smooth day-to-day office operations by managing facilities, housekeeping, and security. They had to coordinate with vendors for services, supplies, and maintenance while handling basic procurement and asset tracking. They also maintain administrative records and support internal teams with logistics and coordination. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee housekeeping and security operations
· Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
· Coordinate with vendors for facility and admin services
· Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchase requirements
· Maintain administrative records and documentation
· Support daily office operations and internal coordination
· Handle basic facility management activities Requirements
· B.Com graduate
· 3–4 years of relevant administrative experience
· Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (non-manufacturing also acceptable)
· Strong organizational and coordination skills
· Good communication and vendor management ability
· Basic proficiency in MS Office Key Skill
