Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2C Sales Executive with experience in direct customer sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and converting prospects into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate B2C leads through field visits, references, and campaigns
- Conduct door-to-door visits / customer meetings
- Promote products/services to individual customers Customer Handling & Conversion
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Deliver product presentations and demos
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
- Update lead status and follow-up details
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service support
- Ensure smooth delivery and installation (if applicable) Experience: 0 – 5 Years (B2C Sales) Qualification: BBA, MBA Required Skills: Core Skills
