Tally Prime Billing Executive (Ambattur)

Job Title: Accounts & Billing Assistant / Tally Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage billing, purchase data entry, and store administrative tasks for our retail hardware and electrical shop. Since customer billing happens periodically throughout the day, the ideal candidate will utilize their downtime to upload purchase bills and maintain inventory data using Tally Prime. Key Responsibilities: On-Demand Billing: Create and print retail sales invoices in Tally Prime whenever a counter customer requests a bill. Purchase Data Entry: Upload, categorize, and log incoming vendor purchase bills into Tally Prime during non-billing intervals. Inventory & Stock Tracking: Update stock quantities, item descriptions, and price modifications in the system as current stock arrives. Store Support: Assist with basic office administration, organize physical purchase files, and coordinate with the counter sales team to cross-verify item prices. Key Qualifications: Mandatory Skill: Hands-on proficiency and working experience with Tally Prime software. Experience: 1-2 years of experience handling retail billing, data entry, or bookkeeping. Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST accounting, profit margins, and retail hardware/electrical product nomenclature. Traits: Ability to multitask, high attention to detail for data entry, and a proactive attitude during slow shop hours. Pay: ₹10,000.00
