As a Back Office Operations, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
• Prior experience or knowledge in back office operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Tally ERP software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of company activities
• Assisting with stock and inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams
• Handling and documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and following data protection policies
• Assisting in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
