We’re Hiring: Senior Visualiser & Creative Editor

Experience Required: 5–6+ Years (Agency Experience Mandatory) Digimad is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualiser & Creative Editor who can lead visual storytelling across brands while managing and mentoring the existing creative team. We are looking for someone who is not just an editor or designer, but a strong visual thinker who can conceptualise, execute, and elevate the overall creative quality of the agency. Key Responsibilities Creative Visualisation & Ideation
- Conceptualise and visualise campaigns, reels, ad creatives, and branded content
- Create moodboards, references, storyboards, and content directions
- Bring fresh and trend-driven creative ideas for digital campaigns and shoots
- Ensure high-quality storytelling and visual consistency across brands

Video Editing & Motion
- Edit high-quality reels, advertisements, corporate videos, and social media content
- Handle pacing, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and platform-specific edits
- Collaborate with shoot teams for post-production execution
- Deliver engaging content optimised for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms

Graphic Design
- Design static creatives, carousels, ad creatives, thumbnails, and branding assets
- Maintain strong design aesthetics and brand consistency
- Support internal branding and presentation creatives when required

Team Management
- Manage and mentor the existing creative team
- Review creative outputs before final delivery
- Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Improve overall creative quality and efficiency within the team

Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in a creative or digital marketing agency
- Robust portfolio showcasing video editing, design, and visual storytelling
- Excellent understanding of social media content trends and digital creatives
