- Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Work from Office) Only immediate Joiner will be considered. Role Overview: We are looking for candidates to provide voice-based technical support for HP India customers, assisting with troubleshooting queries related to personal systems and printers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for HP personal systems and printers.
- Diagnose and provide effective technical troubleshooting solutions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly In-hand: ₹21,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹18,000 Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
