RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls. Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products, investment options, financial market, updates in capital market. Identify customers’ needs on every requirement with quick response time. Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers. Responsible to handle continuous interaction with the clients to identify their requirements and provide trading/hedging solutions through existing product gamut.
