Housekeeping Supervisor (Thane)

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Operational Cleanliness & Inspection:
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet, or exceed, company cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain public areas and guest rooms to the highest sanitation and presentation standards.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including creating work schedules and assigning tasks to room attendants and housemen.
- Train, coach, and supervise cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety protocols (e.g., COSHH), and equipment usage.
- Evaluate staff performance, recommend promotions, and manage attendance.
- Inventory & Cost Control:
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
- Order current cleaning materials and supplies, ensuring cost-efficient usage.
- Guest Service & Satisfaction:
- Address guest complaints and special requests efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all guest spaces are clean, comfortable, and maintained, directly improving guest satisfaction scores. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00
