Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Functional/Technical Support Manager to manage and support the day-to-day operations of Farvision ERP across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transactional support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, implementation support, MIS/reporting, and user management to ensure the seamless functioning of ERP systems within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP Transactional Support & Issue Resolution:
- Provide daily transactional support to end-users across departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user queries, bugs, and issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Raise tickets in the CRM portal for system issues and monitor resolution status.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed for timely resolution. 2. Requirement Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Conduct feasibility checks, gap analysis, and business process re-engineering based on new user requirements.
- Prepare the Scope of Work (SOW) documentation for enhancements and new feature requests. 3. Vendor Coordination & Escalation:
- Coordinate with ERP vendors for timely resolution of issues.
- Manage escalations through calls, emails, or meetings with top management in case of delayed responses. 4. Data Management & Backend Operations:
- Perform backend data updates, data migration, and data imports upon request.
- Manage transactional entry deletions upon proper approvals; ensure changes are audit-compliant and backed by email approvals.
- Facilitate post-approval editing rights for end-users under proper authorisation. 5. User & Workflow Management:
- Create new user IDs and assign appropriate module access and rights.
- Set up workflows and approval hierarchies based on departmental requirements.
- Support users with FV Pay app-related issues (leave application, outdoor/short leave queries). 6. Implementation & Training Support:
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation for new companies/business units.
- Conduct gap analysis and assess feasibility with existing business processes.
- Provide module-wise training to new joiners and existing users as needed.
- Handle creation of new companies, business units, HSN masters, item group tagging, and account setups. 7. Reporting & Patch Management:
- Design and maintain MIS reports, MRTs, dashboards, and custom print formats.
- Ensure timely ERP patch updates to leverage recent features and improvements. 8. Budget & Master Data Management:
- Support daily budget revisions and creation of new budget heads upon request.
- Implement date restrictions and manage item group-to-account head mapping. 9. Vendor & AMC Management:
- Oversee vendor management for ERP-related services, including AMC, user licenses, cloud/data hosting, and renewals.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely payments to vendors. Key Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ERP certification (optional but preferred).
