Role : Customer Service Executive Company: UK BPO Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 0 – 2 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Salary: ₹2 – 4 LPA Shift: Day Shift 9 hours between (9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- India time) Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational shift) No fixed Saturday and Sunday :
- Handle inbound customer calls and email queries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Deliver consistent and quality customer service Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Good problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of customer service processes
- Ability to meet quality and productivity metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any discipline)
- 0–2 years of experience (BPO/Customer Support preferred)
- Experience in voice, email, or chat support is an advantage
- International voice experience is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts Perks & Perks:
