Job Description – Service Now Developer (GDT & Playbook) Experience: 6 – 8 Years

Location: Remote Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer with robust expertise in Guided Decision Trees (GDT), Playbook, UI Builder, and Flow Designer. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting Service Now solutions across ITSM, CSM, and TSM modules with a focus on Telecom domain processes. - Service Now Integrations and APIs Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration

- Implement technical designs into scalable Service Now code and configurations.
- Develop and customize solutions using Guided Decision Trees, Playbook, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
- Configure and support ITSM, CSM, and TSM modules.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. Testing & Support

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities.
- Provide L3 support, defect triage, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Coordinate with testing and Dev Ops teams for issue resolution and deployment activities. Technical & Functional Expertise

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for technical validation and feasibility analysis.
- Design efficient database structures and entity relationships.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now development best practices and coding standards. Domain Knowledge

- Good understanding of Telecom domain, especially Broadband and Cloud-based offerings.
- Knowledge of Service Assurance, Customer Service Management, and Diagnostics processes.
- Understanding of Service Inventory and third-party integrations. Communication & Collaboration

- Conduct code walkthroughs and technical discussions with reviewers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with development, QA, Dev Ops, and business teams.
