Housekeeping Supervisor Thane

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Housekeeping Supervisor: Operational Cleanliness & Inspection: Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet, or exceed, company cleanliness and hygiene standards. Maintain public areas and guest rooms to the highest sanitation and presentation standards. Team Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, including creating work schedules and assigning tasks to room attendants and housemen. Train, coach, and supervise cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety protocols (e.g., COSHH), and equipment usage. Evaluate staff performance, recommend promotions, and manage attendance. Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment. Order recent cleaning materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effective usage. Guest Service & Satisfaction: Address guest complaints and special requests efficiently and professionally. Ensure all guest spaces are clean, comfortable, and maintained, directly improving guest satisfaction scores.
