Business Development Executive (Ambernath)

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across drones, robotics, EV, industrial, and defence sectors.
- Generate leads, approach customers, schedule meetings, and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, company profiles, capability decks, and client communication drafts.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and convert them into clear project scope.
- Manage customer follow-ups, CRM records, tender tracking, and partnership discussions.
- Support marketing, exhibitions, outreach campaigns, and strategic collaborations for EYDelta. Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain value propositions to customers and partners.
- Comfortable with proposal writing, email communication, market research, and lead tracking.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM sheets, and basic sales documentation. Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, technical sales, manufacturing, EV, drones, robotics, or industrial products.
- Understanding of government tenders, defence/R&D; customers, startup partnerships, and technology commercialization.
