Associate Manager General Ledger Openings (Thane)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager General Ledger to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and team handling exposure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
- Review journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support statutory audit and internal audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams
- Monitor process improvements and drive automation initiatives
- Handle and mentor team members effectively Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger processes
- Experience in R2R / Record to Report activities
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- ERP knowledge such as SAP / Oracle preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team management and stakeholder management skills Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA
- Experience: 610 years in General Ledger / R2R domain
- Preferred industry exposure: Shared Services / BPO / GCC environment Preferred Candidate Profile
