Job description: Job Title : Customer Support Executive/ Telecaller Executive - Healthcare Process Work Location : Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane Job Description: We are hiring Telecaller Executives for our Thane (Wagle Estate) office. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and maintaining call records.Roles&Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally Explain company products/services clearly Follow up with interested customers Maintain call records and basic reporting Achieve daily/weekly calling targets Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Marathi is a plus) Basic knowledge of calling process Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
