Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth through strategic networking, alliances, and relationship management within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have an established network of builders, developers, brokers, channel partners (CPs), architects, and property consultants, with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and convert them into interior design and turnkey projects. · Premium Residential & Commercial Interior Projects Key Responsibilities Business Sourcing
· Generate new business opportunities through builders, developers, brokers, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
· Identify and acquire premium residential, commercial, office, retail, and hospitality interior projects.
· Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities. Networking & Relationship Building
· Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, developers, brokers, channel partners, architects, and property advisors.
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meets. Alliance Development
· Establish strategic alliances with real estate developers, builders, architects, and channel partners.
· Create referral networks and partnership opportunities that generate recurring business.
· Negotiate and manage alliance agreements to maximize business growth. Sales & Client Acquisition
· Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions.
· Coordinate with the design team for presentations and proposals.
· Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
· Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects. Market Intelligence Monitor upcoming real estate projects, redevelopment opportunities, market trends, and identify new business segments. Candidate Requirements Experience: 4–8 years in Business Development, Sales, Alliances, or Channel Sales. Preferred Industries: Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, and Fit-Out Companies. Mandatory Skills
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Existing network of builders, developers, brokers, and channel partners in Mumbai.
· Proven track record of generating and converting leads.
· Strong negotiation and business acquisition capabilities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· New business revenue generated.
· Number of qualified leads sourced.
· Project value acquired through networking and alliances.
· Number of active builders, brokers, and channel partners onboarded.
· Lead-to-conversion ratio.
