Role & responsibilities -Lead design and development of complex injectable products
- Manage team, plan and delegate work, and mentor members
- Oversee pre-formulation studies, scale-up, and tech transfer
- Troubleshoot formulation and processing issues
- Ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Address regulatory queries and prepare/submit documents Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in injectable formulation development
- Knowledge of QbD, PAT tools, and regulatory guidelines
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
