We work closely with high-growth companies and provide investors access to unique investment opportunities before public listing.Roles&Responsibilities• Develop and manage B2B partnerships and channel relationships. • Identify financial advisors, distributors, and institutional networks for collaboration. • Drive business acquisition through strategic partnerships. • Handle end-to-end business development and deal closure process.• Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements. • Conduct business meetings, presentations, and negotiations. • Maintain relationship pipelines and revenue targets. • Stay updated with market trends and financial products. Candidate Requirements • Experience: 1–3 Years• Profile: Sales / Business Development • Industry Experience: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bank Products, Stock Market, AIF / PMS • Certification Preferred: NISM, MBA in Finance/Marketing, CFA Candidate, CFP Candidate • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience in B2B salesand documentation handling preferred• Understanding of financial products and institutional sales Preferred Skills • Partnership development • Deal negotiation • Documentation&closures• Relationship management • Business expansion Compensation Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Growth Opportunities
