Recruiter (Ramanthapur)

Job Title: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) – Work from Office Location: Ramanthapur, Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT) Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Compulsory) Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience.
- Leading and mentoring recruitment team members (if applicable).
- Building strong networks with candidates and clients. Requirements:
- Proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in handling or leading a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
