Ar Caller – Hospital Billing Rangareddy (Ranga Reddy)

We are hiring experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge in Hospital Billing (UB04) for our Hyderabad location. Candidates should have experience handling US healthcare AR processes, insurance follow-ups, claim status checks, denials management, and payment resolutions

Roles & Responsibilities Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for Hospital Billing (UB04) Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims Analyze claim denials and take necessary actions for resolution Work on claim status, payment posting, appeals, and reimbursement follow-ups Ensure timely processing and closure of pending claims Maintain productivity and quality standards Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and escalations

Required Skills Experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing Robust knowledge of Hospital Billing (UB04) Valuable communication skills Knowledge of US Healthcare process Ability to work in Night Shift Immediate joiners preferred
