Description
Position: Telecaller Department: Sales / Customer Support Location: Kurali Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote IT services (software development, web solutions, support packages, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client requirements Requirements
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferably in IT or services)
- Robust communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (training can be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Active listening
- Sales-oriented mindset
