Timings- 11am-8 pm Work from Office (No Cab Services)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media and long-form platforms.

The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, viewer psychology, and platform-specific editing styles (Reels, Shorts, YouTube long-form).

You should be able to create both high-retention short videos and structured educational long-form content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Short-Form Content (Reels / Shorts)

· Create high-engagement 30–45 second vertical videos

· Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds

· Highlight key steps or techniques with fast-paced editing

· Add clean, readable text overlays and callouts

· Maintain visual consistency and dynamic pacing

· Optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

· Long-Form Content (YouTube – 10 Minutes+)

Structure educational videos with explicit flow:

· Introduction

o Tools required

o Step-by-step process

o Common mistakes

o Conclusion

· Use smooth transitions and logical sequencing

· Add chapter titles, graphics, and labels

· Ensure clean audio and optional background music

· Maintain qualified storytelling and viewer retention

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)

· Robust understanding of vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats

· Knowledge of:

o Motion graphics basics

o Text animation

o Audio balancing

o Color correction

· Ability to deliver:

o 1080p minimum quality

o MP4 export format

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

· Strong sense of timing and storytelling

· Understanding of social media retention strategies

· Attention to detail

· Ability to remove repetition and tighten content

· Good visual design sense (typography & layout)

· Organized workflow and file management

· Ability to meet deadlines

BONUS SKILLS

· Motion graphics experience (After Effects)

· Thumbnail design experience

· Basic understanding of YouTube SEO & retention metrics

· Sound design enhancement skills

· Experience editing DIY / tutorial-style content
