Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. PLC Programming & Troubleshooting – Mitsubishi, Keyence PLCs. Welding Shop Maintenance – Spot & MIG welding machines, Robot maintenance (Fanuc). Press Shop Maintenance – Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses (H&F;, AIDA, ISGEC). Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of current equipment. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
