Job Designation: Assistant (Examinations) Job Summary The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.Designation Assistant Location Shirpur Department Examinations Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operations across examinations and coordination activities. Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports and MIS using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Support internal departments through effective coordination and follow-ups.Maintain records, documentation, and data accurately. Assist in general office administration and operational tasks as required. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Professional Certifications MS Office certification (preferred but not mandatory).Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Skills And Competencies Hands-on experience in MS Office, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of general administration and coordination activities. Strong organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
