Key Responsibilities • Generate&convert franchise leads across regions• Execute sales&expansion strategies• Conduct presentations, site visits&investor meetings• Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding • Build strong partner relationships • Track market trends&opportunities• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth setup ⏱️ Work Details ️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Work Mode: Work From Home + Travel ✈️ Travel: Up to 20 days/month (outstation) ✅ Requirements ✔ Minimum 5 years in Franchise Development / Business Development / B2B Sales✔ Preferred: Education sector or franchise experience ✔ Strong communication&negotiation skills✔ Entrepreneurial, target-driven mindset ✔ Willingness to travel extensively Must Have: • Own conveyance (2/4 wheeler) • Personal laptop • Smartphone with dual SIM (or extra phone for company SIM) Why Join Us?
