- Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing communication
- Provide Superior Solutions: Address client issues promptly and effectively with a problem-solving mindset
- Generate Referrals: Create exceptional service experiences that encourage word-of-mouth and repeat business
- Attract and Support Sales: Engage with prospective clients and guide them toward ScienceGenic’s services
- Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, and admin) to ensure seamless client service
- Handle All Front-End Client Needs: Including follow-ups, service feedback, satisfaction checks, and more What We Expect:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling calls, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email handling)

- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Compensation:
- Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
