About the Role

We are looking for motivated freshers to join our team as Junior Program Advisors . This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are natural communicators and are responsible about building a career in customer advisory or growth functions. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right programs
- playing a meaningful role in decisions that change people's lives. High performers have a clear and fast path to senior advisory and live sales roles.

What You Will Do
- Engage with warm leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Understand prospective learners' goals and recommend suitable programs
- Support webinar participation through timely reminders and post-session outreach
- Run structured lead nurturing campaigns in coordination with the core advisory team
- Maintain accurate lead records and interaction notes in the CRM
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the enrolment journey

What We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate with 0-6 months of experience (BE/BTech preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with a proactive and coachable mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
- Willingness to work US shift hours
