What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who understands that modern SEO is deeply connected with content, user intent, and AI. Someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and use AI tools to move faster and smarter. If you’re curious about how content ranks on Google and inside AI platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity, and you enjoy experimenting with new ideas, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do
· Build and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals across different industries and geographies, including multi-location and international projects
· Conduct keyword research across short-tail, long-tail, semantic, and topical clusters, and turn those insights into structured content plans
· Create and optimize high-quality content including landing pages, service pages, and blogs that are not only SEO-friendly but also conversion-focused
· Write transparent, compelling website copy that aligns with search intent and drives user action, not just traffic
· Continuously improve existing content by optimizing for rankings, engagement, and conversions
· Ensure strong on-page SEO implementation including titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, and overall content structure
· Manage local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile optimization and location-based strategies
· Perform technical, content, and competitor audits and translate findings into actionable improvements
· Execute and monitor link-building strategies to support authority growth
· Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini to speed up research, content creation, SERP analysis, and idea generation while maintaining originality and quality
· Experiment with AI + SEO workflows to build semantically strong, entity-rich content that can rank both on search engines and AI-driven platforms
· Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure proper implementation of SEO and content strategies
· Track performance using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio, and convert data into meaningful insights and actions
