Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Amritsar

The Role

We need high-energy recruiters to create a Team for our global operations. We are a Singapore company and would like a Singapore style of team to be stablished in India for our global hiring needs. You will be given full training in our process and systems.

Your job is to source, screen, and have meaningful conversations every working day with potential hires.

We hire candidates from Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Middle East, Japan, and China. You don't need to know these markets yet, we will train you completely on how international hiring works. What you must bring is valuable English communication and willingness to work.

What You'll Do Outbound calls to potential hires via Calling App/WhatsApp to candidates sourced via job portals and referrals. Source on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and JobStreet. Screen candidates for Non-IT profiles with or without deployment readiness. Maintain a clean HRM database; submit daily reports by 18:00

Compensation Competitive fixed base salary Per-call incentive plan, so the more people you reach out to the better the incentive. Per-placement/hire incentive. Earnings are uncapped high performers earn significantly above base

The Ideal Candidate 1–2 years in recruitment, staffing, manpower. Positive spoken and written English. High energy, target-focused, and resilient on the phone. Must work from our Amritsar office — this is a team role. Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn, HRM tools, and Excel.
