- Concierge & Sales Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end guest service and front-line sales support experience. This role manages concierge services, including handling inquiries, customizing itineraries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring a smooth pre- and post-travel experience for guests. The manager will oversee reservations, maintain accurate booking records, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to confirm travel arrangements and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing guest or trade facing communication channels, responding promptly to phone, email, and online queries, and ensuring high standards of hospitality. The role also supports sales by preparing proposals, following up on leads, assisting with upselling and cross-selling relevant experiences, and providing timely, accurate information to prospective and existing customers. This is a pivotal role with an excellent growth trajectory within the company. Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills, with the capacity to handle diverse guest needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Hands-on experience with Concierge Services and Reservations, including managing itineraries, coordinating bookings, and handling special requests end-to-end.
- Background in reservations and front-desk operations, such as managing calls, emails, and maintaining organized records and schedules.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism operations, ideally with premium or experiential travel brands.
- Proficiency in CRM or reservation systems, and comfort working with office and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple guests and tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to dynamic guest and business needs.
