Project details Our project requires a Payplus Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of back-office operations and experience or exposure in payments. Responsibilities - Would be the point of contact for the Finastra Global Payplus setup - Would own/manage the Support and queries coming from the bank- Should be able to close the tickets within the agreed SLA - Should understand basic of Java/J2EE concepts and do basic troubleshooting - Discuss with business on any new requirement and convert that into business specification - Should be able to do system support and administration of UNIX-like platforms- Discuss with the business on the Issues and troubleshooting Requirements - 5-10 years of experience - Java/J2EE Basic - Experience with PayPlus platform - Back Office Experience - Accounting and Payment experience - Business Acumen - Experience in the banking and financial services industry- Good experience and understanding of end-to-end payment processing solutions - Very good understanding of the Finastra - Global Payplus implementation for the client
