Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to assist the support team in handling day-to-day customer interactions and operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and process coordination in a quick-growing Ed Tech environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in handling customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner Support the team in resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure query resolution and satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Academics) for issue resolution Help ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards Collect customer feedback and share insights for process improvement Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Final-year student / Freshers can apply Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn Valuable problem-solving and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Interest in Ed Tech or customer experience roles Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (basic knowledge is a plus) What You’ll Gain Monthly stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (based on skills, performance, and availability) Certificate of completion Hands-on learning and mentorship from industry professionals Opportunity for full time conversion based on performance Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n4db1
