Job Summary Working as a line in charge Manpower handling Production planning Work order allegation Responsibilities and Duties ▷ Achieving production target as per costomer schedule in a systematic way coordinating with support departments (Quality & PPC etc). ▷ More focus on production improvement and scrap reduction. ▷ Implementation and Monitoring of 5s & 3c Activities. ▷ Rejection analysis & Preparation/Implementation of Contaminant & permanent actions (Counter Measures). ▷ Ensuring the Safety and action on Near miss accident. ▷ Documentation :
- Monthly internal PPM Cause Analysis report .
- Tool life and Wear part life monitoring.
- Operator Skill Evaluation (Skill Matrix) & Appraisals Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with5.9 years in the Automobile Industry seeking to establish a relationship of responsibility in the field of Production Department. Advantages
