We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist (IT & Digital Marketing) We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist who can own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. What You’ll Do
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and partnerships
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions across Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing
- Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals
- Manage post-sales communication, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics
- Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo for lead generation and prospecting
- Work on bid management with the team, including proposal submissions for government and large-scale projects
- Assist with government tenders, documentation, and end-to-end coordination
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of web, app, and digital marketing services
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo
- Experience in bid management and government project processes (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Who You Are

- Salary: As per experience Pay: ₹35,000.00
