Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage key client accounts and ensure smooth execution of customs clearance and CHA operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling import/export documentation, coordinating shipment clearances, and maintaining solid client relationships while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and EXIM policies.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with key clients. Handle customs clearance and CHA operations for import/export shipments. Verify and process shipping and customs documentation including BOE, BL, and invoices. Coordinate with customs authorities, transporters, shipping lines, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with EXIM policies, DGFT regulations, and HS code classifications. Provide timely shipment updates and resolve operational or client-related issues. Prepare DSR/MIS reports and maintain accurate operational records.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of customs documentation and CHA operations. Experience in EDI filing and customs clearance procedures. Positive understanding of EXIM policy, DGFT guidelines, and HS codes. Excellent communication and client management skills

Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 5–7 years of experience in customs clearance, CHA operations, logistics, or key account management. Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
