Team Leader - Sales (Versova)

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our property management sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality bookings, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets Drive high-quality property bookings by improving lead conversion and closure rates Monitor daily sales activities including calls, follow-ups, and closures Ensure effective handling of inbound and outbound leads Set clear targets and KPIs for the team and track performance regularly Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback Analyze sales data and conversion metrics to identify improvement areas Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless booking experience Ensure proper CRM usage, pipeline management, and reporting Handle escalations and support team in closing high-value deals Requirements Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling a sales team Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Experience in real estate / property management / hospitality sales is a plus Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00
