Position: Tele Caller – Industrial & Medical Products

Job Summary

We are hiring a Tele-caller to connect with dealers, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell our Industrial products for domestic and export markets. The role focuses on building robust dealer relationships, generating orders, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with existing and potential dealers/distributors Explain product range, pricing, and offers clearly Generate new dealer leads and maintain long-term relationships Take orders over calls and coordinate with the sales/logistics team Handle dealer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Maintain daily call reports and update customer database/CRM Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Positive communication skills English & Hindi is MUST Robust convincing and negotiation skill Experience in Product Sale and Industrial Sale is a preferred (not must) Salary & Benefits Fixed salary + attractive incentives Training and product knowledge support Opportunity to grow in B2B sales and export business Working Hours 11:00 AM – 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
