Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for strategic business development, procurement of IT assets, and key account management. The role plays a critical part in scaling operations, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening relationships with corporate and institutional clients.Key Responsibilities Source IT assets such as laptops, desktops, servers, and other electronic equipment from corporates, MSMEs, and IT firms Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality standards Negotiate pricing, procurement volumes, and delivery timelines with clients and vendorsCoordinate with internal teams for quality checks, logistics, verification, and procurement documentation Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities Develop procurement and business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Build a strong business pipeline through networking, outreach, and client engagement activitiesEnsure customer retention by addressing client concerns and handling escalations effectively Identify new demand segments and potential distribution channels Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless procurement and execution Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and procurement documentationLead, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and operational efficiency Requirements Skills&Competencies Required Strong experience in IT asset procurement and business development Expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling Good understanding of IT hardware, refurbished products, and the e-waste/recycling sector (preferred) Analytical mindset with forecasting and market analysis capabilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven approach with strong accountability and ownership Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field Prior experience in e-waste management, IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, or procurement industry preferredWillingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities Key Attributes Self-motivated and proactive professional Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environmentBenefits Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund
