Service Advisor Angadipuram

Greet customers in a skilled and friendly manner. Understand and record customer concerns/requirements accurately. Prepare job cards/repair orders and assign them to technicians. Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins. Communicate job status, additional work requirements, and completion times to customers. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service and repair. Verify completed work and conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery. Explain service invoices and work performed to customers clearly. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions and service history.
