Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee in office execution of construction/projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall project execution at site, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations Track daily/weekly progress and prepare MIS reports for management review Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions Manage billing, cost control, and project cash flow Ensure proper documentation, site records, and reporting systems Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field 5–10+ years of experience in construction/project management (on-site role) Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and finishing works Proven experience in handling multiple projects or large-scale developments Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
