Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle servicing while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements Accurately record customer concerns and prepare job cards Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair Keep customers updated on service progress and additional work required Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion Explain completed work and billing details to customers Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to satisfaction Promote value-added services, AMC packages, and genuine parts Maintain service records and follow dealership processes

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 0-1years of experience in automobile service (freshers may be considered) Positive communication and customer handling skills Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers (Honda preferred) Computer literacy (MS Office, service management systems) Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting

Pay: ₹12,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
