Job Specification (JS) – Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer
Job Title: Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer (Residential Construction)
Department: Construction / Project Management
Reporting To: House Owner / Project Consultant
Location: [Angamaly]
Employment Type: Contract / Full time
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or IT (with relevant civil site experience)
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising residential house construction
Experience in vendor coordination, material handling, and work progress monitoring
Knowledge of basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction software tools (preferred)
Age: 25 – 30 years
Language Proficiency: Malayalam and Basic English
Other Requirements
Should have own bike or transport (preferred)
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to coordinate with multiple vendors and workers

Objective
To supervise and ensure timely, quality execution of the house construction project by coordinating with laborers, vendors, engineers, and the owner.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
Shift availability Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Required)
Willingness to travel:
100% (Required)
