Software Project Lead- ASP-Oracle (Angamaly)

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Lead to independently manage software development projects while guiding a technical team and coordinating closely with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft MVC technologies and Oracle database environments, along with the ability to drive project delivery from requirements to deployment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects independently from planning to delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft MVC framework.
- Work extensively with Oracle databases for development, integration, and optimization.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and provide project updates.
- Manage and mentor development team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and deployment.
- Maintain documentation for system design, development processes, and project status. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Microsoft MVC technologies.
- Solid working experience with Oracle database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with a team.
- Excellent communication and client-coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and leadership mindset. Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- Experience or knowledge in React or Angular frameworks.
