Accounts Executive (Angamaly)

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Angamaly, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Working Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, GST handling, invoice processing, and financial record management. The role requires accuracy, organizational skills, and proficiency in Tally and MS Office tools. Daily & Monthly Responsibilities Accounts & Financial Operations
- Manage daily accounting transactions and entries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and billing details
- Handle purchase and sales entries in Tally
- Assist in GST-related accounting activities
- Support monthly closing activities and financial statements Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare management reports and data summaries
- Verify and record company financial data accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related activities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records Software & Data Management
- Use Tally software for daily accounting operations
- Maintain reports and records in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts department
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification
- Mandatory knowledge of GST -TDS and Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy Salary Package ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Preferred Qualities
