Job Summary

LANCET Glass & Metal Industry is looking for an experienced HR Manager (Age 35–45) with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/production. The candidate should be capable of handling a workforce of 400+ employees, including Hindi and Malayalam-speaking employees, and managing HR operations efficiently in a factory workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Handle HR operations for 400+ employees

Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory regulations)

Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Oversee performance appraisal and evaluation processes

Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures

Coordinate with production and management teams

Handle multilingual workforce (Hindi & Malayalam employees) effectively

Manage and operate HRMS software (ZETA)

Requirements

Age: 35–45 years

Experience : 5–10 years in HR (manufacturing/production preferred)

Experience handling large workforce (400+ employees)

Experience working in multiple companies preferred

Hands-on experience in HRMS software (ZETA)

Solid knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance

Positive communication skills (Hindi & Malayalam preferred)

Leadership and problem-solving ability

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

MBA in HR preferred
