Description
Job Title: Billing Executive The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, preparing invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and coordinating with internal teams and clients for timely payments. Key Responsibilities Generate accurate invoices based on company policies and client agreements Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation Verify billing data (pricing, quantities, taxes, discounts, etc.) Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and collections Reconcile accounts and track receivables Prepare billing reports and financial summaries Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Handle client queries related to invoices and payments Required Skills Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) Good numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Relevant certification is a plus Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience in ERP systems Pay: ₹14,000.00
