Description
Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Admin cum HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and knowledge of HR and office administration processes. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Manage recruitment activities such as sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Handle office supplies, asset management, and inventory.
- Monitor office discipline and facility management.
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and office expenses.
- Support management in administrative coordination and reporting. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience in HR and Administration functions is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
