Business Development Executive (Padi)

A Business Development Executive is responsible for contacting clients, explaining company services, fixing appointments, maintaining client relationships, and converting enquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Explain company services and business solutions to clients.
- Fix appointments and schedule meetings with clients.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients.
- Convert enquiries into business leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of client details and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and documentation.
- Ensure proper client communication and support. Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Client handling and follow-up capability.
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
- Computer knowledge (MS-Word and EXCEL) and email communication.
- Good organizational and coordination skills with team. Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA preferred.
